June Garber

Biography

June Garber (vocalist) South African born Garber is recognized for her warmth and enthusiastic style. A resident of Toronto for thirty-five years, she has toured and performed worldwide.

Following a sixteen year hiatus from performing, Garber released her popular debut recording Smile in 2006 and participated in numerous “Sound of Toronto” jazz concerts including “Real Divas” and “A Tribute to Ella and Louis." June released here second album, Here’s To You, in 2008.

June has performed throughout North America as well as Cuba, South Africa, and Australia. She has performed at numerous Ontario jazz festivals including the Beaches, Toronto, Orangeville, Markham, Port Hope and Oshawa festivals.
